Battery Service

We replace your battery with a fee. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use.

Your product is eligible for a battery replacement with RM 100 replacement service cost and your battery holds less than 80 percent of its original capacity.

Screen Repair

We replace cracked screens with a fee. Accidental damage isn’t covered by the warranty.

Screen repairs are eligible for coverage for accidental damage from handling by Damage KL.
